By accessing Epsilon Diary, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your institution. These terms are between your school and Epsilon Infinity Services Pvt. Ltd.
2. Use of Service
Epsilon Diary is licensed to schools for managing institutional operations. Resale, redistribution, or misrepresentation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Ownership
Your school retains full ownership of all data entered into Epsilon Diary. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and provide advance notice for any planned maintenance windows.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where Epsilon Infinity Services Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
